And it looks like Duck is on the menu folks. The Canucks have finally managed to break the 3 week long curse by winning back-to-back games in California this weekend. Manny Malhotra was the hero of the night with the first two goals and NHL scoring leader Daniel Sedin scored in the third to further solidify the win. Sunday was also the first career shut-out for our favourite ginger between the pipes, Cory Schneider. The team is obviously in good spirits leading up to the playoffs. Even Kesler, still goalless in the last 8 games, was clowning around after the game
Pizza Party! Talk about motivation! Am I right? Next game up on Tuesday, hopefully we'll see Bieksa and Higgins in the lineup but we'll have to wait and see.
